Reward Your Diet Success

My next plan for keeping myself motivated includes creating a rewards system for myself that IS NOT FOOD RELATED! Rather than focusing on weight loss I plan to track sizes lost. At each new size I'll celebrate in a way the rejuvenates or motivates. I'd like to lose 10 sizes so there are 10 rewards:
- Facial
- New custom Nikes. My last pair has given me almost 3 years. Time for new ones!
- Facial
- New workout clothes
- Facial
- Shopping spree (small one) at Wolford in Dallas
- Visit best friend. Won't dread airline seats!
- Start shopping for wedding dress (Yes, I am engaged!)
- Book beach vacation
- New Wardrobe!
